Brief Description
PP(Polypropylene, recycling mark No.5) is one of the most cost-effective general-purpose thermoplastics, classified into homo-PP, block copolymer PP and random copolymer PP. It can be modified for high impact, flame retardant, transparent and reinforced grades.

EDTA

Liphotone

1.Packaging: Lithopone should be stored in sealed, moisture-proof packaging containers to prevent the ingress of moisture, moisture and other contaminants. 2.Temperature: Try to store Lithopone in a dry, cool environment, away from high temperatures and direct sunlight, to prevent chemical reactions or loss of properties. 3.Avoid Moisture: Moisture is Lithopone's main enemy, causing it to absorb moisture and clump. Therefore, contact between Lithopone and moisture should be avoided as much as possible, and desiccants such as silica or drying ovens can be used to absorb moisture. 4.Avoid vibration: Try to avoid Lithopone from vibration and severe shock to prevent particles from rubbing against each other or breaking.

HDPE

High-density polyethylene (HDPE) A polyethylene product with a high density and linear structure, formed by the polymerization of ethylene under certain temperature and pressure conditions using catalysts such as titanium and chromium. Because its synthesis typically occurs under low temperature and low pressure, HDPE is also known as low-pressure polyethylene. Low-density polyethylene (LDPE), on the other hand, is a high-pressure polymerization product with many molecular branches and a loose structure, making it soft and transparent but with poor mechanical strength. High-density polyethylene (HDPE) resin is a white powder or granular product with a density range of 0.941-0.960 g/cm³, a crystallinity higher than 65%, and is non-toxic and non-absorbent. This material has good heat and cold resistance, good chemical stability, high rigidity and toughness, good mechanical strength, and good barrier properties, dielectric properties, and environmental stress cracking resistance.

EVA

EVA is referred to as EVA, and the general (VA) content is 5% to 40%. Compared with polyethylene, EVA is widely used in the molecular chain due to the introduction of monomer, which reduces the high crystallinity and improves flexibility, impact resistance, filler compatibility and heat sealing performance. Foaming shoe material, functional shed film, packaging film, hot melt adhesive, wire and cable and toys and other fields. Features of EVA plastic: Water resistance: closed cell structure, non-absorbent, moisture-proof, good water resistance. Corrosion resistance: Resistant to seawater, grease, acid, alkali and other chemicals, antibacterial, non-toxic, odorless, and pollution-free. Processability: no joints, and easy to process such as hot pressing, cutting, gluing, laminating, etc. Anti-vibration: high resilience and tensile strength, high toughness, good shock-proof and cushioning performance. Thermal insulation: excellent thermal insulation, thermal insulation and cold protection and low temperature performance, can withstand severe cold and exposure.
